This Privacy Policy explains how the “Hurghada Klartext” application and tools (“the Service”) handle data. The Service is an internal tool used by the brand owner to publish the brand’s own content to the brand’s own connected social media accounts.

1. What we access

When the owner connects a social media account (e.g., TikTok) via the platform’s official API, the Service receives only the access tokens needed to publish content to that owner’s account, and basic account information (such as the account/open id and display name) provided by the platform.

2. What we do NOT collect

The Service does not collect, store, or process personal data of any third-party end users. It does not access followers’ data, private messages, or any audience information beyond what the platform provides about the owner’s own account.

3. How data is used

Access tokens are used solely to publish the owner’s own content on a schedule to the owner’s own account. Tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest) and are never shared with third parties.

4. Retention & revocation

Tokens are retained only while the integration is active. The owner can revoke the Service’s access at any time from the platform’s account settings, which immediately stops all access.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share any data with third parties. Data is processed only to operate the publishing function described above.
